Location & Travel

Zuiderpershuis, Waalsekaai 14, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium

Whether you're travelling by plane, train or automobile, there's a few things to keep in mind.

Airplane

We recommend flying to Brussels Zaventem (BRU) if you're coming by airplane. Brussels South Charleroi (CRL) has a very poor connection with public transport and is not easily reachable.

From Brussels Zaventem, you can take a direct train to Antwerpen-Centraal, Antwerp's main train station.

Should you decide to travel from Brussels South Charleroi, a direct shuttle bus is available to and from Antwerp that takes about 90 minutes. Check out the Flibco website for more information and booking.

Bus & Tram

From Antwerpen-Centraal train station, you can get either a bus or tram to the Zuiderpershuis. The public transit is called "De Lijn" and you can plan your trip on their website and app.

Make sure you buy a ticket before getting on the bus or tram, as you'll be charged more if you buy it from the driver.

Car

Be mindful of the "Low Emmisions Zone" (LEZ) in Antwerp, only certain types of cars are allowed in the city centre. Please consult this page for more info.

Visitors can park for free on the Gedempte Zuiderdokken, in front of the venue. Driving in the city center can be a challenge with our narrow historic streets though. Additional parking options, such as parking outside the city centre can be found on the Antwerp Parking information page.

Uber

Uber unfortunately doesn't operate in Antwerp. The only alternative is grabbing a taxi.

Taxi

When arriving by train in Antwerpen-Centraal, you can exit on the side of the Pelikaanstraat. This is a taxi parking area and you'll be able to get a ride at any time of day. Fair warning though, taxis in Antwerp are a costly affair!
